What we will expect from you:
- To have respect and consideration for other customers and Urban Futures’ staff
- To observe Urban Futures Health & Safety policies and procedures and have a duty of care for the safety of others
- To enter into a process with Urban Futures to gain sustainable employment and strive to achieve this goal at all times
- Good timekeeping, letting your advisor know if you are going to be late or can’t come in on one of your days. Continued unexplained absence may result in removal from the programme
- Refrain from violence, intimidation, bad language or any unlawful behaviour
- Show respect for the centre, books, furniture, computers, etc and refrain from accessing, viewing or downloading any illegal, offensive, indecent or otherwise unacceptable materials
- A commitment to agreed short-term and long-term employment goals
- Tell us what you are finding easy or difficult, so that we can help you in better ways
