Partnership Development and Consultation Management

Larger agencies and partnerships are increasingly required to consult broadly on draft strategies, policies or service proposals. There is also a specific and growing need to consult local communities about a range of issues. We have the expertise to successfully design and deliver context-specific consultation processes, and draw together the outcomes of those consultations into useful proposals capable of implementation.

Recent processes we have been responsible for include:

• Managing the integrated partnership structure for Single Programme and Objective 2 in the Upper Lee Valley (ULV).
• Designing and delivering on behalf of the London Development Agency (LDA) and partners a comprehensive consultation on the emerging ULV regeneration strategy, as well as managing the launch of the Commissioning Framework.
• Managing on behalf of the Haringey Strategic Partnership a key sub group, the Haringey Employment Partnership.
• Working with Local Action Partnerships - made-up of residents from disadvantaged wards and the Local Economic Partnership (LEP), to decide on priorities for the allocation of Learning & Skills Council (LSC) funds as match funding for training and employment projects in those areas.
