2XL Training was established in October 1997.
Initially conceived to support the training needs of registered temporaries working with 2XL Recruitment the organisation has grown and developed.

2XL Training now stands in its own right as a high quality training provider, delivering training for care staff by care professionals.

Our diverse and experienced training team works with numerous private and voluntary sector organizations, with Jobcentre Plus and with London local authorities, delivering direct training, consultation and the provision of NVQ awards.

2XL Training is accredited by City & Guilds, Medic First Aid and The Society for The Promotion of Health. The organization is  a member of  The Association for Care Training and Assessment Networks (ACTAN), the Association of Learning Providers (ALP), and actively work with organisations like TOPSS (now called Skills for Care).

The company also received ISO 9001:2000 in December 2002 and the Investors In People Award in March 2002 both demonstrating our on-going commitments to quality.
