CDG provides expert advice, guidance and training to support people back into work.  Working closely with various government agencies, they run a number of programmes across England with a large presence in London to help people look for and retain employment.  Training is tailored to meet individual needs, focussing on skills development, one to one support and job search workshops.  Specialist staff liaise with employers in the community to source placements and work opportunities and identify employer needs.  New provisions are targeting people on Incapacity Benefits with mobile networks set up to reach people in remote areas.
