Enfield College is situated in the north east of the borough and serves the Upper Lee Valley. It is a 'skills for life' college and its student population reflects the rich diversity of the area; over 50 languages are spoken in the college.

It has a long tradition of employability training for disadvantaged groups. It also has close links with the local voluntary and community sector and currently leads a pan-London, LSC co-financed  ESF Obj 3, capacity building project for the sector.

Enterprise Services at Enfield College are currently responsible for the following projects;

• A partnership project to move lone parents into employment by means of advice, guidance and job preparation training (Enfield, Haringey & Waltham Forest)
• Management training for voluntary & community sector managers. (London-wide)
• Quality Improvement Toolbox for ESF-funded organisations (London-wide)
• Courses for coaching match officials and treatment of injuries for Middlesex Football Association.
