Enfield Women's Centre has been providing services for the last eleven years for women and their families.   The Centre is guided in its work by a Management Committee which is made up from volunteers in the community.   Women are free to move between the various services on offer, enabling them to choose what they do and develop at their own pace.

One-to-one Counselling Service including in some community languages (member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy).

Training Service ? offers courses including Confidence Building, Handling Stress, and ESOL with skills, job search skills, IT for Phobics, etc.

Health project including exercise and healthy eating, walks, etc. (Member of the Enfield Healthy Living Centre)

Other services include; New Horizons 50+ (active retirement), cinema group, Book Group, events and social activities.
