Renaisi is an independent, not for profit company specialising in neighbourhood renewal, urban regeneration, employment, inward investment and public service management consultancy and employs around 70 staff.

Renaisi is especially skilled in labour market interventions involving disadvantaged communities.  We are currently managing three successful employment programmes across Hackney, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham and Hounslow working directly with residents and employers. We have also developed an in house approach to Intermediate Labour Markets which has provided the basis of a range of support across the country.  We achieve up to 70% success rate of unemployed residents remaining in sustainable employment beyond their involvement in the programme.
