Engaging Offenders in Learning and Skills LSC Co-Finance June 2006Engaging Offenders in Learning and Skills LSC Co-FinanceThe London LSC launched an ESF tendering round aimed at Engaging Offenders in Learning and Skills on 1st June 2006. The funding is aimed at working with offenders within the London region and mirrors the Offender Learning and Skills Service (OLASS) areas. In order to meet the objectives of the programme, proposals must work with offenders within three months of release or those within the community and must also operate across one or more of the OLASS regions. Projects may work independently or in partnership with other organisations, but it is essential that all single provider or consortium bids can demonstrate substantial experience of working with the Offender client group. Deadline for completed tenders was Friday 30th June.
