Courses available at our Wood Green Training Centre
Courses start in OCTOBER and are delivered over a 6 week period:

Week 1: 1 day assessment & induction
Week 2-5: 2 / 3 days each week
Week 6: 1 day exit interview

The course - Award in Retail Knowledge; units covered:
·         Understanding the Business of Retail  
·         Understanding Customer Service in the Retail Sector
·         Understand the Retail Selling Process
·         Understanding the handling of customer payments in a retail business
